Domestic Shipping Policy:

Shipment Processing Time

All orders at  https://lemonzestfarms.com/ are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Delivery Timeline:

Deliveries are made from 07 AM – 05 PM on weekdays. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.

Sometimes orders may get delayed due to unavoidable situations, such as potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of your control.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout as per your preference, order weight and delivery address.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at Lemonzest Farms Pvt. Ltd.Plot No-23, Street No-1, Bhavani colony, Rajendranagar, Ranga Reddy, Hyderabad, Telangana-500030. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours are 10:00 AM to 05:00 PM on Monday to Saturday.  Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

Shipment to your address:

We ship in India, kindly register yourselves at https://lemonzestfarms.com/  for the one-time, and enjoy all the facilities every time. Don’t worry you may change your registered address, and shipping address in a few clicks.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You may also go to your client section after login, you will see all necessary information there. You may also ask us manually for further updates through WhatsApp as well. Customs, Duties and Taxes:

We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order because it depends upon Govt. authorities and their norms of destination. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages:

Since we pack well with extra safety, there is no chance of damage, however, if anything happens, you may check the package before accepting it, and only accept if the box looks unbroken. We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim, sure, we will help you on this topic.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping

Currently, we are not offering international shipping.

If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@lemonzestfarms.com. with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 4 days after delivery for a few items, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Returns are subject to products.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@lemonzestfarms.com. with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
